Swami Vivekanand Subharti University is ranked among India's top 10% of universities. The University is NAAC ``A" Accredited and has gained various national and international awards. Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU) is a State Government University set up under Section 2(f) of the University Grant Commission Act, 1956, established under the Swami Vishwavidyalaya Uttar Pradesh, Adhinium, 2008, as passed by the State Legislature and approved by the Honourable Governor of Uttar Pradesh. 

SVSU has been set up under the guidance of Subharti K.K.B. Charitable Trust, Meerut, which has obtained a commendable record of service in education, health care, and social welfare. SVSU has also commenced multiple courses through vocational education, approved by the Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE, and DEC. 

SVSU mainly aims to foster growth among the young generation of learners, thereby making them the future changers of the world. They can effectively communicate, think critically, create, and collaborate efficiently.

There are programs at SVSU at the undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and diploma levels in the schools of social sciences, pure and applied sciences, commerce and management, agriculture, and para-medical sciences with the best faculties to guide the students.

Introduction To Vocational Programs

The University Grant Commission (UGC) has devised various schemes for the University to offer varied programs through distance mode. It provides higher education, leading to a Bachelor of Vocation & Master of Vocational Studies (B.VOC) degree with numerous exits such as Certificates/ Diploma / Advanced Diploma Courses. Its goal is to provide quality education to enhance skills required in the professional area. 

SVSU trains students in such a way that they can upgrade their skills for a particular job. Students can get direct placements in well-known companies that provide them with good packages. The University offers certificates to students at various levels, be it the first, second, or third year. Students can complete their courses at their own pace and without any hassle.

With the introduction of vocational programs, even the dropouts can presume their education as per their time permits.
